I'm getting the same problem, it's saying Error 404 each time I try to load it.

are you using google chrome? if so it's not compatable with it.. most people have problems with IE as well... use firefox for best results.. Also make sure you have deleted any prior zynga toolbar, even though it says you don't have to, it sometimes causes problems

If you've installed the game bar in the past and hidden it, it might just still be hidden! right click your toolbar area and select 'zynga toolbar'. Should come right up. Good luck!
