Forum Thread: Tailor Shop

I'm just curious, but what missions unlock the Tailor Shop for use? I have it in the Market, but I'm unable to purchace it until I "complete the Tailor Shop missions".  However, I have no idea what missions are related to the tailor shop.

I don't currently have any missions with "Tailor Shop" in the name. If that's needed, how do I unlock the missions? I'd really like to build one.
