I have had my upgraded storage shed missing for two weeks now. I have emailed many times. You still will not reply to me, what is with this. Maybe if you looked after the people that play you wouldn't need to come up with a silly detective game to get some players back that have had a bad deal from you. This is not very professional . All I want is my shed and all its contents back that I earned by fair means I don't think that is to much to ask

Fair Comment, I have just received a reply to a query from 3 weeks ago. It asked if all was now good. Well NO, it is not as nothing is done to help from Zyngas end. Some players are spending real $ to play this, so it could be said " how would Zynga react if their bank was responsible for their hard earned funds going missing and they got NO satisfaction to their questions"
The last time I emailed them it took them four weeks to get back to me. I wonder if that was a one time glitch, or if they're screwing up systematically.

I looked up your problem on the Zunga FrontierVille Forum site (accessed through a link at the bottom of the FrontIerville screen) and they suggest that you clear your browser cache and make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Of course, it's probably not that at all.
