So you're collecting stuff and crafting stuff, but what's it all for? You could wait and find out when  you get there, or check out some screen shots of what's inside each building. 

Covered wagon 

Cabin

You need 3 of each building material to complete the cabin.

You need 5 clothes

General Store

You need 5 of each building material to complete the general store.

You need 2 fancy clothing to get married

Barn

You need 4 of each building material to complete the Barn.

You need 1 crib for your first baby

School House

You need 8 of each building material to complete the School.

School House Goal must be completed to get school in session!

Inn

You need 10 of each building material to complete the Inn.

Chicken Coop

You need 15 of each building material to complete the Chicken Coop.

It takes 18 whacks with 16 wood each time to get the frame up. You will need 15 of each building supply to finish the coop.

My second coop took 33 whacks with 8 wood, I'm not sure if they changed it or if this is the rate for the second coop.

You can then customize your coop. The chickens DO NOT GO IN. You must wait until your chickens are ready to tend, then 'collect bonus' and all the chickens will be tended at once. Click fast to get all those bonuses!

Saw Mill

Takes 40 whacks at 10 wood each.

You will need 20 of each material to finish the Saw Mill. You get 27xp upon completion
